Budsoar is a Pokémon that looks like a budgie-owl hybrid. It has two orange legs with two toes on each foot, an orange beak, two white eyes with black pupils, a black ring around each of its eyes, some yellow around its neck, two white and either blue or pink wings, large v-shaped eyebrows that are either blue or pink, and a tail with black in the middle and either blue or pink outside. Males also have a crest on their head.
Male Budsoar have white feathers, as well as yellow and blue details. Females are almost the same, but have pink details rather than blue. Males also have a white crest on their head that sticks up, while females don't.
