Drizzle is an ability introduced in Generation 3. So far, 4 Pokémon have this ability.
Effect
In battle
Drizzle summons the weather rain for five turns, unless the Pokémon is holding a Damp Rock, in which case it will last for eight turns.
The LAST Pokémon with a weather changing ability such as Drizzle who joins in the battle will have its weather changing effect activated that turn, any others will be replaced
Outside of battle
Drizzle has no effect outside of battle.
