Eclipser is a Pokémon that's based on an eclipse. It has a simple design, with five yellow things on the outer part of its round body that's black and white; the latter is shaped like a crescent moon, and the former is its face, with two yellow eyes, black irises and white pupils.

Eclipser has the Highest Base Special Defense of all Rock and Psychic-type Pokémon in Rikoto.
Eclipser is related to Lunatone and Solrock; all three are Rock/Psychic-types that are based on the moon and the sun.
However, Eclipser is an Evolved form of a Pokémon, while Lunatone and Solrock are not.
Nevertheless, the ROM Hacks Pokémon Sirius and Altair, as well as Pokémon Vega, have a baby form of Lunatone Solrock, which is known as Stellith; the latter also has a third possible Evolution: Planite.
