Trivia[]

  • Prior to Version 1.0.1, Kinip uses Alomomola's cry.
  • Kinip was originally Rock/Poison (which is what Nihilego's Type is) and was originally a sea anemone. Its body also looked like a purple and indigo version of the mascot for Scrubbing Bubbles.
  • If you remove the first "i" in its name, then put the remaining letters in reverse order with the "p" being capitalized instead of the "k", Kinip will end up as the word "Pink", which may be a reference to its Shiny Coloration.
