Pokédex entry
Using their many tentacles, Jellinip entangles their foes, then submerges them in toxic clouds. The cloud of poison decomposes in a few minutes, though.
In its old design, Jellinip had a purple base, and a purplish-pink head and neck, with the former having three bumps instead of the single one in its current design. The tentacles were thinner and it didn't have the awkward growth at its base, either.
Prior to Version 1.0.1, Jellinip, both Jellitot, and Jellitic all use Jellicent's Cry.
Origin[]
Jellinip is based on a jellyfish.
Name Origin[]
Jellinip comes from Jellyfish and nip, which is also associated with Salanip.
