Pooldog is a large bulldog Pokémon. Its body is mainly blue, with four white paws with three toes and a black band above each, a white jawline and underbelly, a blue tail, three white spots on each side of its rear, two white teeth with light blue slobber dripping down, a small round black nose, two blue ears with white insides, and two angry white eyes with pinprick black pupils and black outside them.

Habitat[]
Wild Pooldog are found in the grass on Route 14, and by Surfing in Greenpine City and on Route 14.
Shiny Coloration Differences[]
For Shiny Pooldog, the only change is that the blue turns turquoise.

Prior to Version 1.0.1, Pooldog uses Taillow's cry.
In its old design, Pooldog's body was smaller, the white at its jawline and underbelly wasn't connected, its back paws were blue and had no black bands above them, and its head looked disproportionately big. The drool was also pointed downwards more.

Pooldog is based on a bulldog. The liquid coming out is a reference to how Bulldogs have uncontrollable drooling due to having loose jowls.
