After solving the taxi crisis, players are able to proceed to the Gym. Trainers who manage to defeat Electra will receive the Lightning Badge from her.

A large company in the northern part of the city is the Taxi Company, the headquarters of the taxi drivers of Rustbolt City. • Both are location of the 3rd gym in their region, which is Electric-type.
    • Both are the largest city in their region.
    • Both have a Game Corner (in R/S/E).
    • Both are home to a Bike Shop.
    • Both are first accessed from the south.
  • Rustbolt City uses the music of Castelia City from B/W.
