Sario Town is a town in the southeastern part of Rikoto. Sario Town is where you obtain your winter outfit to travel in Rikoto's south-east. In the postgame you can catch Cellance here after placing the 5 elemental crystals on the pillar and jumping into the hole with a Balance Crystal, as well as Solaran and Lunaro while having Cellance in front of your party, and jumping down the hole at 12:00 and 24:00.
