Serpentine City is the first city in Rikoto, which is surrounded by two forests: Mossy Forest on the east and Dullfern Forest on the west. According to history, these forests were once connected to each other before Serpentine City was built. The city is said to smell like flowers. To the north of the city, one can find the entrance to Serpentine Garden. Serpentine City also is the hometown of the first Rikoto Gym Leader, Donna.

Serpentine Gym

The Serpentine Gym is the official Gym of Serpentine City. It is based on Poison-type Pokémon. The Gym Leader is Donna, a young, girly woman. She took over the job from her father, who has retired a few weeks ago. Donna specializes in Poison type Pokémon.

Headbutt Man

The Headbutt Man lives in the southern part of Serpentine City. He will teach the player's Pokémon Headbutt, which allows a Pokémon to use this move on special trees found in various area's around Rikoto. There's a possibility that the player finds a rare Pokémon using this method.

Trainer School

South of the PokéCenter is the Trainer School. Donna's father is the current teacher here, and he taught Donna as well. Mr. Bella has been the Gym Leader of Serpentine City until his retirement, and Donna recently took over her father's job. After receiving the Rose Badge, he will give you Clippers, which allows you to cut down the spiderwebs that block the paths in Dullfern Forest.

Password Pat

Password Pat is a scientist in Serpentine City's Pokémon Center, who gives you shiny Pokémon for the correct passwords. You have to find the passwords using the image hints from the discord channel. The passwords need to be written in CAPITAL letters.
