Physiology[]

Sharko is a Pokémon that's based off of a small shark. Its body is mostly gray, with two black eyes with a small yellow bolt shape behind each eye, a white tail fin end, a yellow stripe in front, two gray dorsal fins, two upward-facing fins; the front one is larger than the other, a white underbelly, two pinprick nostrils, and a few teeth can be seen from its lower jaw.

Sharko start swimming once they're born from eggs. Even when they have to stay in one place, they would swim in a circle endlessly.

Sharko start swimming right away when they hatch from eggs. even when they have to stay in one place, they can't stay in one place at all, and will swim in endless circles even if they have to stay in one place.

Habitat[]

Sharko are found by Surfing on Routes 8 and 10, at Rainbow Reef and in Coralite Town, by fishing with the Old Rod in the Wild Plains (Rikoto's Safari Zone), by fishing with the Good Rod on Routes 8 and 10, at Rainbow Reef and at the Fishing Contest, and by fishing with the Super Rod at the Fishing Contest.

Shiny Coloration Differences[]

For Shiny Sharko, the gray turns a light bluish-gray, and the yellow turns an electric blue.

  • Sharko shares the same exact name as a character from the animated TV show, "Zig and Sharko".
  • Prior to 1.0.1, Sharko uses Sharpedo's cry.
  • Sharko currently does not have a Shiny Overworld Sprite yet.
    • Golossus and Frigid Form Apein share this trait with Sharko. The latter is because Frigid Form Apein doesn't have a Shiny Coloration yet.
