Wingon is a Pokémon that's a flying dragon. Its body is mainly black and mint blue; it has four black legs with three claws on each foot, a short tail that's black, yellow and mint blue, a mint blue underbelly, two mint blue wings that have yellow tips, and its black round head has two short black ears, two white eyes with yellow irises and black pupils, a smile and two nostrils.
Wingon used to be covered in fur one million years ago. As they evolve, they shed their fur so as to lower their air resistance when they're flying.

Its design is based off that of a European Dragon. Its design also could be possibly inspired by the character Toothless, the Night Fury's nickname Hiccup gave him, from the Dreamworks 2010 film, How to train your Dragon. Its Shiny coloration may be a reference to the Light Fury from the third film of said franchise.
Wingon's name comes from the words Wing and dragon.
